Man, I just hope the Gators take care of business on Thursday. Sooner fans really run their mouth. I know Gator fans do to, I just want this one bad.

I'm thinking in the neighborhood of say......$5000.00 and as much as I would trust my buddy, BigPapa to hold the money I'm thinking I might be more comfortable if you could Western Union that money to my friend Barrister David Ogra in Nigeria.:):)

Florida 45 Oklahoma 28 UF should be fired up with all the smack that has been laid down by Oklahoma. I think both are good teams but FL wins this one. Even though I can't stand the gators.

Big Papa that really hurts considering what great friends you and I have become........For what it is worth I no longer have a Mother either so i guess he was as confused as I was.

You might have noticed that there are quite a few fans from other teams who post on our site. Friendly banter and intelligent conversation is always welcome. I hope that you hang around long after tomorrows game. :hi:

With that said, OK's Offense has not faced a Defense like FL's this year. While it might be true that FL has not faced an Offense like OK's this year. IMO, Defense wins championships. gators win.

VolDad thank you for the invite, I appreciate it and do intend to hang around to stay informed on how the Vols go through this transition and to keep my good buddy Big Papa informed of things outside the SEC. ;-)

While it is true defense wins championships that holds true only as long as the offense doesn't score atleast one more point than the team with the great defense.

The biggest hurdle we face is the fact that these long layovers between conference championship games and bowl games seem to affect the offenses much more than the defenses and I believe that has to do with a timing issue. I'm hoping that isn't the case tonight and it doesn't take us until the second half to get things going like it has for most of the teams that have played.

Don't be surprised if tonight you see us play the best defense we have played all year. While the layover might have hurt the offense a bit there is the chance Bob used the extended time to put more of own personal attention on the defensive side of the ball.

That being said I just hope the 2008-2009 Oklahoma National Championship shirt I pick up and sent to BigPapa fits him well and lets the blood flow to his head unrestricted. ;-)
