Oklahoma UPSET ALERT

Hate to say it, but if our offensive line doesn't step it up majorly this weekend this game will not be competitive. We've got the playmakers on offense and speed on defense to compete with anyone this year, but our offensive line is a major black eye for our program right now. I would love to upset the Sooners in Norman as much as any Vol fan, but right now I just can't see it happening based on the first two weeks of play.

Previous games cannot be used to predict future outcomes. Any given Saturday.

Former Alabama QB & now SEC Network Analyst Greg McElroy "I'm putting Oklahoma on UPSET ALERT. Tennessee is a team that believes & is better on defense. I haven't seen enough from Trevor Knight to believe he is the real deal."

hahahahahahaha.

I would like to take everyone back to last year's Georgia game. I don't think ANYONE would have guessed that we would pretty much (Pig hold the ball, blah blah) win that game. They were ranked number 6. Granted, that was on our home turf. It certainly surprised the crap out of me.

Anything can happen in college football. That's what makes it so interesting.

Disclaimer: I'm not predicting a win. All I want to do is watch a good ball game in which my favorite team plays their tails off.

So how many of you who are saying this is a crazy prediction had VT beating OSU? Or had McNeese State almost beating Nebraska? How many of you predicted Temple to thump Vandy last week? Answer, none of you.

Any given Saturday.
