Omari needs to be suspended (he apologizes)

Running onto the field and into a football player twice your size as a dude is about as stupid as you can get. Should he have pushed him? No, but when you play stupid games then sometimes you get bad reactions. And yes there is a huge difference between pushing a guy out of the way compared to a girl
I see a staff member reacting as well, almost as if the fan was pushing him out of the way and Omari was helping move him.

Exactly. Not to mention him being the only Arky fan running through a bunch of Tennessee players. I’m sure he wasn’t taunting them either.IMG_3845.png

ONL also had that questionable low hit on Green that injured him. I really hope that was not intentional. I want the Vols to win, but not like that.

You think that was an intentional dirty hit? It’s obvious some of you have never played any kind of a sport at a high level. When are constantly fighting through the line to get to the qb, going low is very much used quite often. It wasn’t a penalty until recently and their overreaction to protect the qb. No one has more knee issues than lineman and there is a zero percent chance he was trying to blow the knee out of another player when he could have the same injury every snap

Just like Burton should've been suspended.

The girl a cheerleader the guy who assault them should be thrown off Tennessee football team.
or at the very least suspended.
Was the Arkansas fan a male cheerleader? @Other_Guy

You can't see much Arkansas person got close to the Tennessee player

I've never put a helmet on to know the vision, especially already going to the ground. I'd say he couldn't really see if Green had even thrown the ball.

No, I said I hope it was not intentional. Did not say I thought it was, so the rest of your diatribe was unwarranted.

He pushed a dude. He didn’t come close to hurting him. Why in the hell would you run straight through the team on their way to the tunnel

I'm now thinking he was pushing that staff member out of his way. Look at how the guy is moving his hands and turning to see him get shoved.

Looks like he and the staff member were arguing and id assume it was the intent he had on running through our team as they were exiting the field. I’d also assume he was running his mouth and while he was he bumped into Omari who didnt take that too kindly and he then helped him get through the rest of the team by giving him a little push.

It’s not so much the vision but the fact that you are literally fighting your way past a 300 pound man who’s doing his best to keep you from passing. **** is going to happen. I hope their QB ends up healthy

Yeah I didn't notice the staff member until after I posted it and watched it a few more times.

Agreement don't think he was trying to hurt their Quarterback

Pretty much a reflection of the undisciplined nature of the entire team that got us beat last night. Thats on coaching.
This times x1000.

We have one week to clean up whatever is going on with this team. Do that, and this loss is forgiven (but probably not forgotten). But seeing this and the inexplicable things that have been happening since the OK game suggests problems beyond just mere execution or lack thereof.

Don't touch fans, even when they're obnoxious, until they actually assault you first. It'll never look good and you're 325lbs and wearing pads and run over people for a living.

It certainly looks like Omari walked up on a verbal confrontation he wasn't even involved in and made it physical. If that's not the case, we'll need to hear more, but that's how it looks.

Had the fan shoved someone, put hands on someone, threatened someone, etc? I don't know and I don't see it, but I'll listen if Omari and the staffer want to tell their side.

From the clip, DON'T go first, Omari. They're not going to hurt you if they hit you and you have every right to toss them like a ragdoll after they hit you.

Absolutely but we completely trashed burton and should hold our guys to the same standard.
Yes we did and should have Burton was a lone gunman hanging out at the 30y line. Omari was walking into the locker room with his team and staff. Appears the staff member was trying to hold the line.

Tensions were high and we have no idea what was said or how much alcohol was involved. Dumb move by both parties. Tennessee exited the field through their designated tunnel, Burton roamed and found a victim and a female at that.

Not stating that it should not be addressed by all parties concerned but the Burton roamed.
Saban handled it his own way which will set a precedent.

This kid will become the poster child of Arkansas.

That's a reach and a spin. You say all that in a shove and then turn it into an entire team statement. Grow up. Figure out if any Alcohol was involved first. You have to be on something if you decide to swim across a river full of angry crocodiles.
