I'll take the opinions of their peers and the fact that Kruger took Kansas State and Florida to the Elite Eight and the Final Four while The Good Ship Lollipop run by Bruce Pearl is already taking on water in year four.Kruger has been to one final four and 2 elite 8's. Hardly elite. And Pearl's record is still better than Krugers. You can't argue it. Facts are facts.

Remind me how great they are when they get annihilated on the first weekend of the NCAA Tournament.Yes. A 9-3 record with a win over a top 10 team and a top 25 team sure is taking on water. Espeially since 6 people on the team (half) are new faces and we lost our two leading scorers.
That's real progress in your fourth year. Maybe if he didn't bring in the Marques Johnsons and Tony Passleys of the world and recruited actual basketball players with those scholarships, he wouldn't be in this spot.I don't care if they get beat in the first weekend of the NCAA tournament. Half the rotation is freshman.

That's laughable. How many Elite Eights or Final Fours has Pearl been to? Kruger took over a Florida team that won 7 games and had them in the Final Four in his fourth year. Let's see where Saint Bruce's fourth year ends up.

And those two guards that graduated....those kids were garbage too....weren't they hat? The bball team don't suck. You do:no:You a Vol fan, right?:clap:More like a cancer.
No grilling is forthcoming. One of my resolutions for '09 was to assume anyone who posts emoticons instead of punctuation is five years old, retarded, or both. I'm not going to take the time to wallow in their intellectual gutter.I'll prepare you for your grilling now. Do you like lemon juice to be draped all over you, or would you like some KC Masterpiece.
Here's hoping you walk in front of a bus tomorrow. Have a nice day.
Everything I've read that you've posted is nothing but a spewage of negative diahhrea. Are you a Vol fan, hat? Pearl has taken this program to new heights with new expectations. JuJuan Smith and Chris Lofton don't come around every day. Our Freshmen are good, they're just freshmen. Ease up bro.

I'm pretty certain nobody can find anything that resembles a guarantee Tennessee would make the Final Four.Hat reminds me of the grounds crew for the Cleveland Indians in the movie Major League. Even after they pulled into first place, cuts to the grounds crew raking the mound commenting "these guys are still sh***y". I also recall during the recruitment of Hopson last year Hat stated if we land Hopson and Tyler returns, Final Four you can mark it down. I have read these forums for over a year and I thought my first post should stir the pot a little!!!:lolabove:
If a bus is on the sidewalks, you won't be the only one with a problem. Hang around. This is easily the best section of the board for spirited debate these days.nick...I think BP is the best thing to happen to UT bball in a long long time. I'm just trying to see things from hats viewpoint. I can't though. I'm new here. I'll go back to the fball recruiting boards and leave the bball bashing alone. I'll be sure to stay away from the sidewalks tommorrow too. Go Big Orange.
I had hoped that fallacious line of thinking had died with the Fulmerites. Sadly, it appears I was wrong. If Pearl fails,?, or leaves, who would we get then? Either one of those scenarios would truly show that UT is a coaching graveyard with a building full of wasted steel, concrete, and a 3 million dollar LED scoreboard. lighten up!!!!
