Orange Bowl Opt Outs?

You are clearly trolling then - why on earth would Bru (a RS Jr) opt out?
He’s been hurt. It’s more likely he plays though. That’s just what I heard. Tillman def not playing. Fant and Hyatt possibly not for certain though.

Has anyone asked Nick Saban how he feels? Perhaps ESPN could give him a few minutes so that he can review our roster and provide guidance. I'm never really sure how to think about anything until Nick Saban offers his opinion, then it is all so very clear.

Let's wait til our game is live and they can cut to an old Saban interview during critical plays so we can all here what Nick thinks.

The opt out is the thing that really sucks for bowl season for those of us that spend the money to go to the game. If you don’t make the playoff, it’s like nobody cares.

The expanded playoff will help that a lot. This year, we would have hosted first round game in Neyland. I can’t imagine how fun that will be!!

Maybe if players opt out, they shouldn’t go to the bowl games. Teams don’t need people who aren’t engaged taking part. Heck, for that matter, opt outs should probably just close out their business with the school. If they want to “shut it down,” cool, but perhaps they should move on. Certainly don’t see why they should stay on scholarship.

I agree. No bowl swag, etc. They should stay back and work on their game.

Dabo may not be able to get off from his part-time job at Back Yard Burgers.

Someone gotta work the grill during the holiday season

If it's like that Back Yard Burgers here...they'd probably let him off because almost every time I pass it, it's dead
If that Jax=Jackson then you know what I'm talking about HAHA

I am cool with the Coach handling it and deciding these things. He's going to know what's best for team chemistry. Are we so petty that we care about some kid getting an orange bowl swag bag? Come on.
