Oregon now on TV vs UVA. 21-7 UO 2nd qt. ABC/ESPN2 What Tenn can expect to see.

Now how are we supposed to have a rivalry even an OOC one if we all like each other? :)
lol
I have only driven though Tenn one time many years ago, from kentucky to Bama. So I have no connection. But I just love it when your fans sing in Acapella , "Rocky Top, you'll always be, home sweet home to me... but yet I have never even been to Rocky Top, LOL. The band playing is sweet for that song, but when the whole Neyland Stadium sings it without any music, that is way better. It gives me goosebumps. lol And oh, I really love your band. Our bad sucks. We could care nothing about it. But I really like your band, LSU's , Auburns and tOSU's.... but your band is my favorite.

And what team scored more points against LSU that season? They play in the SEC, was it any of them? Or was it Oregon? lol but you are not LSU, so I dont want to talk about them. That was 2 years ago. And we lost a lot of talent the year after playing AU in the Natty. But then last year we were much better. This year I predict we will be 3 notches worse on D then last year(because of our weak LB core) and probably 1 notch less, or near the same on Offense this year.

Indeed, im afraid without getting a lot of pressure in the backfield our defense will be in for a long day.

LSU was brought up a memory I recall in the 2011 game when the Vols played the LSU Tigers that a ref did knock down a LSU Tigers defensive player on what I think was a running play.
It's like something you would see out of a Bud Light Football commercial.

The worst one was probably the Ref's takeout of Garcia. I don't remember who South Carolina was playing against but it was a stone-cold-tackle by the ref who IIRC was a former linebacker. He went into flashback mode!

Did not know. But I know you should of beat them the year before. You got robbed,,,,,, if only your coaches could count to 11 players on the field..... but I always thought that was a cheap way to win a game, and you got screwed. Tenn played a awesome game in that one, and I was really proud of you(remember all Ducks were rooting for you that year cause we played you before)

What? Our game will have SEC refs calling the game? Oh my, we are indeed screwed. I now predict Tenn wins in a landslide. lol seriously, are you just playing with me? Please tell me your corrupt SEC refs are not doing our game? Man, ours are not corrupt, ours are just morons, simply the most inept ones out there. But yours are downright corrupt. I do watch tons of SEC football. lol me knows....:)

*oh wait. I forgot they are all on Bama's payroll. So perhaps after thinking about it, we might have a chance with you being Bama's hated Rival. lol

like firestorm said ,we have refs that will knock players down, and he has done it several times, wasn't he a ex player ? i bet he can be found on you tube

UVA was projected to finish 13 out of 14 in the ACC this year by most people.

In other words, hard to know exactly how good UO is.

You guys(our version of y'all) really are being serious? I have never even heard of such things. I just knew of corrupted play calls. I did not know Refs pulled it THAT far. BTW, did you see the youtube video of that one Bama game a year or two where the video CLEARLY shows the ref placing the ball down on the sidelines, but then CLEARLY moving and moving and inching it further up, giving Bama tons of extra feet that they did not get. I have never seen such a corrupted spot in my life. It was not just a ball spot. The freaking Ref slid the ball and kept sliding it down while eye balling it to see if he would clear the first down. You guys know this one? Its literally as if the SEC refs work for Bama...

what are your expectations for the Ducks this year Ducksflying ?
3 notches worse on D, because of our LB core, then last year. The same on O. However, those young LB'ers might grow to get better as the season goes on, but I am freaking scared. I actually predicts Tenn ground pounding much against us, even though our D line is good. Our Lb, so far this year(and I expected as much from knowing who we had moving up) are not strong. They are very small and lite.

I expect a Natty run though. And only two games will give us a challege in our Conference, Udub and Standford. Usually UW is a joke with us(our hated rivals) as we have beat them 9 straight seasons, but very large margins every single year. However, they are much better this year, and their D coach(your former D coach, Wilcox, is a Duck, and not only was a good player for us, but his brother and father are too Oregon legends(i bet you did not know that, that is why we chuckled 3 years ago when Tenn fans would boast to us about him and he at bosie he beat us. Duh, he is one of us. he is a direct deciple of our longstanding D coach. And he grew up only a couple of miles from Eugene. ie we know him well. And ya, he knows us well. )

But UW has a new stadium, game will be in Seattle. I expect for once they give us a fight. And then Stanford, who knows.... but again, their HC literally grew up in UO's lockerooms as a boy, cause his dad was a assistant at Oregon. SO he has known our D coach all his life. He too knows us well. They fight hard vs us.

And then a challege in the PAC 12 title game if we make it. My guess is ASU. And they are much better this year. But I think we go undefeated, and probably play a SEC team in the Natty....... but long season, will have to see...

Worst has to be the one player was coming off the sidelines but then he turned around and went back on the field.
That shown is one of the worst ways to lose it's like you travel more than 80 miles to go to Six Flags or anything similar but it rains when you get out of the car causing them to close for the day.

Fun Fact on 1030 and 1047 both blowouts those are odd number channels Ducks steamrolling Cavs and Baylor Bears steamrolling the Buffalo Bulls

I really liked having Wicox here.he had the last good D for UT,do you think the Ducks will be undefeated this year ?,Do you think they will get into the championship game with 1 lose? like a SEC team could ? and do you think it will be Bama or LSU ? i know it is early to tell and Stanford will be a tough game and who knows what UW will do,but do you think the Ducks will make it after losing to the Vols ? you knew that was coming :)

We win if we dominate time of possession and both neal an lane have 100 yard days. We have got to minimize their possessions. If everything doesn't go perfect I don't feel good. And by god they better not make that first two point conversion.

Unless your coach is reading this thread, I almost bet money that we will actually score a 2 point after our first TD. It's just our M.O. :) I just cant honestly remember the last game that we did not so. And I have probably watched each game 8-10 times each. And I just cannot remember the last time not doing and getting it.

That is not at all inconceivable. Based on Alabama's many trips to the NCAA doghouse, the following play epitomizes rather well the tidy bowl boys' sense of "fair play": 1954 Cotton Bowl: Dicky Maegle - Tommy Lewis Tackle Play - YouTube.

here is the one, and one of my favorite, that i was talking about earlier regarding ref cheating for bama. Watch the refs foot and watch him sneaky moving his foot. And watch him turn around and see where the first down marker is to be sure he moved the ball, cheating to make it there....
