Overachieved

I'll take it. We can't be complacent if we actually want to win a playoff sometime soon though.

I for one am always looking for ways to improve. It’s not bad to trade up or bring in competition at all positions.
McCoy and Thornton went out today. Receivers were still open and caught most everything. We can run it as much as we want. The more we do that, the easier Nico's throws get. And Boy, did he play well today

10 wins and a playoff birth, both are more than was expected in the preseason.

Y’all still wanna fire everyone?
You are exactly correct. Better than expected. I don't personally want to fire everyone. There does need to be a few changes in the mindset of some coaches.

The lack of preparation cannot be argued. Adjustments are typically not made in game. Too many runs up the gut and behind the line passes.

But they are clearly a quality staff.

Lmfao “adjustments are typically not made in game”….yet we are constantly winning the second half?

And we rarely throw passes behind the line this season.

Nico looked much better today. I agree.

He threw one long ball very short (terrible throw). Could have been a TD. He made a TD pass later in that series.

He missed Sampson short… could have taken it to house if in front of Dylan. I don’t recall outcome of that drive.

He didn’t see one receiver down the middle for a TD (and he had plenty of time) and ran down right side of field for 1st down. I don’t recall series outcome.

But I nitt pick. Very nice game from Nico. He needs to keep improving. Competition is coming.

The two worst calls were the facemask penalty in the first half and the horse collar call later. Good grief, it's football, let em play
I thought the roughing call was ******** also. Davia had the ball when Joseph hit him. JJ couldn’t see if he threw it.

Absolutely not but my expectation in year 4 was to:

Beat Alabama in Neyland
Beat Florida
Beat Oklahoma
Beat Vandy
Make the playoffs

It used to be go to Atlanta but who wants that anymore?

Overachieving or not, there are times we could have and should have been better. I'm glad we're playoff bound, but we have a lot of room to improve and that's on the coaches to fix.
My thing is you can say that about any team at this point. Bama, UGA, Texas, osu, Oregon lsu

I sure wouldn't want to play in Atlanta. Let those other ones beat up one another
Yeah leave it up to the N (o) C (lue) A (bout) A (nything) organization to make teams want to avoid something that used to be so important.

Yes. He looked better than any QB playing today so far
