Who gives a damn about Roy Williams? UNC is one of the best jobs in America in terms of basketball, so that didn't shock anyone. If Pearl wanted to coach Iowa, he would of left 2 years ago.

Don't think he would leave for Iowa, I Hope not anyway! CBP is awesome, we are very fortunate to have him. I think he is happy here. He married a chic from Tennessee! I think he likes the place almost as much as I do, AND I LOVE TENNESSEE!!

Yeah, I see Pearl jumping on Iowa. I'm sure he still has great memories from the late '80's. And, throw in that weather and scenery. It's a lock.

I do not fault Pearl for trying to get a raise,he deserves what ever he can get!
Just look at the money Tennessee paid the ex goons that when to the west coast.

Folks we have NO worry of CBP going anywhere this year "junior" has another year left and he knows no coach in the country would ever put him on the court. Although I will give CBP credit he played "jr" less today than he has in a while and for the first time I saw CBP chewing on "junior"; I was proud of CBP for that. Don't be shocked if CBP uses the Iowa job as a leverage for yet another raise and extension but with the season he has had he deserves something...

Still can't figure out how "junior" gets more min than K Hall but oh well it not for me to figure out. GO Vols I hope we shoot better tomorrow or we may have an early exit.

Not saying he cant or that no one can. Just saying if thats what it takes to keep one of the best coaches in the country....so be it. Its either pay him for doing the job that he is doing or pay another coach $1 mil for alot less than what BP does for the Tennessee.

Can we just see how the tournament advancement plays out before we annoint Bruce one of the best in the country?
