Well I aint worried about it and I haven't reported it, I just think its pretty damn ironic that one of the attackers links you to the "rules" when he sees something he doesn't like.

Looking up a post isn't going to change the fact that that is an established fact by Paterno's testimony and McQreary's testimony. He let a guy that he had a received an eyewitness report of ass raping a boy continue to hang out on the premises. Everyone involved says so. I'm not sure why you are trying to disagree.

haha Actually what lawnboy is ignorant of, big surprise, is the fact that Paterno may not have been involved in the deal that allowed Sandusky continued access to the program. In fact, I'll say it right now that he didn't.

As head football coach Joe Paterno did not have the authority to contractually commit the university to anything, so he's off the hook. And any supposition on anybody's part that he was even involved in the negotiation of Sandusky's contract, and subsequent blanket coverup, is pure speculation.

If university officials signed a contract with Sandusky not only allowing him access, but granting him a full pension and emeritus status there's not a damn thing Paterno could do about it. Sorry Carl, not directed at you, just felt like a good rant.

He may not have been involved in the deal, but he knew what had taken place and we all know that Paterno could have stepped up and spoke his mind and said that Sandusky wasn't coming back on campus...period...he basically had the officials by the balls since he had written a letter informing them of what had happened.....he was afraid of what would happen if the news got out and went with the flow....that's my hypothesis anyway.....but only those involved know the truth.
