This goes back to 1998, thats when the taped conversation happened and WTF, the cops who listened in on the tape dropped the investigation, the DA dropped the charges saying there's "not enough evidence", and Sandusky was forced out of his job BUT given a juicy retirement package with full access, emeritus status, and full pension. YOu don't think there's something weird about that? Not to mention eh DA is now "missing" (murdered).

If you yourself are not a victim of sexual abuse, you cannot say that you would not hesitate to come forward when these acts happened. You cant. Just like you cant say "If I was McQueary, I would have beat the crap out of Sandusky and dragged his sorry ass to the cops." You dont know what you would do in that position, and if you are not a victim of abuse you dont understand how difficult it is for these people to come forward..... sometimes for years, sometimes never.

You're right. 2 eyewitnesses and direct testimony from 8 (so far) victims, and testimony from all the law enforcement officials that conducted a 2 or 3 year long investigation into this. What a flimsy case.

I'm really hoping you were just joking with that comment; if not, it's one of the saddest things I've ever read.

Smithy, are you just playing around, or are you that blind to what has happened?

McQueary testified to the Grand Jury that he witnessed Sandusky having forcible anal sex with a 10 year old boy. If you think he lied about that then you may have some issues as he reported something of that nature to both Paterno the day after he saw it in 2002, and to the AD.

Now here we are years later, 8 victims have come forward to implicate Sandusky, and now just this week 8 MORE have come forward to file complaints. Listen, I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt to people who deserve it, but in this case with Sandusky, we already have overwhelming evidence to convict the prick.

I'd say 8 victims and a janitor and a coach, both of whom have absolutely nothing to gain by testifying about this just made it all up and Sandusky is really a great guy.

SIXTEEN victims, eyewitness testimony, police testimony, taped confessions, solid rumors of child trafficking through Second Mile, what the hell do you want! The sum***** is guilty as hell, that I am sure of, and thats about all in this case that we really know.

Probably not.but don't know for sure
Read up on troy davis. About how multiple eyewitnesses placed him as the shooter killing a cop. But then years later they changed their mind. This is why I take eyewitnesses with a grain of salt
