Well if Joe wasnt involved in the deal, then how could he control what Sandusky did after the deal was inked.

Agree with what you said for the most part, but if the deal was done by the administration, then Paterno had no recourse. Agree none of us know a friggin thing, even Franco Harris cant figure this sh_t out.

I'm just saying that he could have let the officials know his opinion on the subject and that if they allowed him back on campus that he would go to the authorities.....perhaps he did and was then threatened with something else....who knows.....it's awfully strange that it happened so long ago...was kept so silent....that it didn't come to light until the week after Paterno breaks the all time wins record.....and that the DA that was originally working the case disappeared from the face of the earth and now there are rumors regarding the boys being pimped put to big contributors.....can you imagine the implications if that is proven to have occurred?

I hear ya, I believe there is a massive conspiracy including the police, senior admin, the former DA. and probably Moses in the burning bush when its all said and done. I just think Paterno got trapped in the whole mess, I also beleive the DA Gricar has been murdered as part of the coverup. But then again, I'm crazy.... I hear it here 30 time a day.

It's a spin because my contention the entire time is that an criminal investigation should coninue (not everyone is already guilty) into why this happened and wasn't reported. I have said there is already enough evidence to indict people on conspiracy charges. That's off of the people's own statements. Those are facts. Yes, I, like the other 99.99999% people believe Sandusky is guilty as Hell. So, forgive me for referring to him as a child rapist in the future. Now, that will be the last time I sum it all up for you again. If you find something unreasonable or unfair, then just let me know.

Me personally I'm think hes probably guilty. I just want to wait til the trial and hear all the evidence. We just dont know for sure what happened. We know someone reported to paterno. Thats it

Ummmm, no. Again, I think it would benefit you greatly to actually know some of the facts before making really ignorant comments. Not an insult either. They have testimony from 8 victims and 2 eyewitnesses. It's not just a bare allegation, my friend. The fact that you didn't know that really kind of makes you look a little foolish for trying to lecture everyone on jumping to conclusions.

Smithy, we have personal testimony from several kids that have come forward, and a taped phone conversation with the mother of two kids where Sandusky admitted he molested her kids.

And since this ****-storm started a few days ago, at least 8 more kids have reported in to the State Attorney General to make a complaint. I understand wanting to wait for all the facts to come in, if there is anything certain in this world, Sandusky is a lowlife pedophile that used a charitable organization he created for the sole purpose of gaining access to an army of young boys, or WORSE!

The janitor who said that Sandusky's actions were worse than anything he'd ever seen in his life. And, he was in combat in Vietnam.

And, if you knew about the victims, then why did you say all we know is what someone told Paterno? Did you just lie?
