You make serious errors in judgement.
Seniors get scammed all the time because of it.
They are not as sharp as they were.
This is such a serious lack of judgement on his part.
Maybe his mind just wasn't as sharp as it was at one time. The man is 84 years old now.

If I was him, I would claim to have had Alzheimer's for the last 15 years. About the only way he saves face at this point.

Yeah, then he is checked out by the state's doctor and he's good to go, and it just makes it worse.
 
Because ethics and morals don't exist.

I think they do. That explains the outrage at this unbelievable event. Hopefully, across the country, this will serve as a wake up call on how to prevent this type of thing from ever happening again.

Honestly I think his mind had slipped.
I can't wrap my head around his decision not to report that. He wasn't thinking clearly.
Just seems like for a normal, clear headed person its obvious you have to report that.
