I agree with that 100%, I believe they all should. I took from his post that he thinks everyone except for Paterno is guilty. I may have misread it, and if so I apologize.

Seriously? You witness a grown man sodomizing a 10 year old boy and you're perfectly ok with walking away and talking to his boss. I suppose it's also ok if while you are walking he goes ahead and kills the boy -- just another simple felony. Throw that in to the story for your boss to handle as well.

Agreed, as was JoPa. There was too much smoke for there not to be fire. Just going by the most basic of facts: His DC had been questioned by police years prior for this exact thing. He is then told of a recent event concerning that same guy, a 10 yr old boy, a shower, and innappropriate contact. Yet this guy is still allowed to hang around the program? He only tells a supervisor and then treats it like it never happened?

I never said he should be indicted. That belief rests with some of the other posters (as you've seen).

I wanted him gone because I wanted everybody involved with the entire situation gone. It'd make it easier to move on as a university if there wasn't any doubt about the people in charge of those programs.

Paterno and everyone else with knowledge of this situation that continued to allow him access to that football facility to rape kids could be indicted on conspiracy to commit child rape. There's more than enough evidence there to get them on it.

In my opinion they are as responsible for the later acts as Sandusky himself. And that includes Paterno, the GA, the AD, and everyone else who knew. I would like to see them charged, but I doubt it will happen.

ANYONE, including JoePa, who had even an inkling that something was going on and did not act is in the wrong. JoePa could have, and should have, done more. Even if he's being forthright that the GA told him fondling, groping, or horseplay, it was a grown man and a 10 year old child in a shower. If I'm in his position, I'm doing more than telling my boss and sitting on my hands. Joe has a son of his own. How he could not feel the need to look into this is beyond me. I know his son is older, but as a father, how can you not think, "what if this had been my son?". I don't see how you defend this unless it comes out he has some kind of mental defiency. If you're in your right mind and ignore this, you are aiding and abetting IMO.
