They are located in Texas, finished in the top 2, have a very well respected coach, and they still finished outside the top 25 in recruiting. If they're cheating for that, they have real issues.

It's saying TCU because they felt they should have been in the national championship playing Auburn instead of Oregon. That is why TCU would be happy. They dont like you.
