Weren’t TCU and Oregon both after at least 1 recruit who chose Oregon? If that recruit is part of the scandal then that could make TCU happy.

If Cowherd was referring to Tennessee he would have said 'historically decent' or 'has-been program'. He would absolutely not compliment UT in rightfully declaring them a Top12 program.

I was just reading in bleacher report about a top ten type program being named next week for major recruiting violations. The article quoted Cowherd extensively. Our name was thrown around. Said we offered Newton a substantial amount of money along with Auburn. Wasn't saying it was definitely us but it is still unnerving. Has anyone else seen or heard anything?
