Areas of Improvement I have seen since Dooley's departure

1.)Recruiting
2.)Dumb Penalties (I am seeing a lot less)
3.)Defense (Tennessee had 12 INTs last year. We already have 8 now)
4.)Better running (It isn't great but it is better)
5.)Much better special teams
6.)Better team motivating gimmicks (Opportunity is NOWHERE)

I'd add the deer in headlights look is gone.

That was a frequent sight on a Dooley team. Followed by a timeout, if we had any left.

The only reason he wouldn't be is if he got suspended. Otherwise, he would be our starting QB and probably have 4 wins. The Butch coaches like Dooley crowd is flat out stupid. Dooley had an NFL QB and WR's at his disposal and did nothing. If Butch can't win after year 3 then we will talk.

When it goes bed CBJ knows who to jump on and coach up. Dude is always coaching. I don't here him blaming players either. I hear him talk about what he himself should do better.

And we have the correct amount of players on the field now

SEC made CDD and CSS where shoes so they couldn't count correctly once they passed the 10th finger and couldn't use their toes for 11-20...:whistling:
