60+ percent is the benchmark, it seems. Worley was about 45% against UF and threw 2 picks in that game, and people here act like putting him in silenced the critics. Uh....no, it didn't.It was a serious question. I honestly don't know what the target percentage is for a college quarterback to be considered accurate. 60%?
I am all in with you on this brother! We knew we would suck this year; after all, look at the mess Dooley/Kiffin/Fulmer left us with!I didn't have high expectations going into this season, so I'm not really shocked about where we are at. These things take time. I will be concerned in 2 years when we still can't beat ranked teams. If CBJ can hang onto this upcoming recruiting class, then I think you will see some improvement next year.
They need to stop talking and promising and instead shut up and put together a better game plan (this is the second game in the row where they got severely out coached - and after today's game the excuse can not be that the other team had better talent).
Twitter and smart phones are little more than self-esteem devices for young people. This whole idea that with tweet and texts you must inform your friends and lots of other people what you are doing or thinking throughout the day--and they, you. And so you must check your phone every 30 seconds all day--people checking for emails/texts/tweets while they're driving. It's comical--it's like a shut-in getting junk mail: "I'm somebody!" And I say his as somebody who tweets and who has followers--why, I don't know. Many people follow thousands of people on Twitter, which means that they must be looking at their phone screens all days as tweets come rolling in. 98 percent egotistical waste of time. If you are an entrepreneur and have a business that is dependent on the public in some way, twitter is beneficial; otherwise, not so much.
