Hubbs team, next level?

McRae was fun to watch though, was trying to lead his team back in the 2nd half, finished with 61!

Got close with about 2 minutes left but Lofton drilled back to back dagger 3s.

Lofton = Genious..... I love watching him play. :good!:

Well, Hubbs looked much better last night. He's not at the point where he can carry a team on his back, but he did look much more like a top recruit. He's got the skill and athleticism to a special player. Just got to have the heart and desire to put it all together.

It's simply amazing what Lofton brings to a team. Glad to see him tonight. Never know if it's the last time we get to see him. Hopefully, he will continue to show. He just turned the worst team into a contender for the championship.

Hell be a good shooter forever, you dont really lose that.

Oh yeah I know that. That's not really what I was saying. I just meant that it had been a while since I had gotten to watch him play and I just kinda forgot how ridiculously good he is.

After reading all the posts concerning the RTL, I'm convinced the Vols are ready to challenge the Miami Heat......

Which posts suggested that?

It's all in fun. Everyone sees the big numbers and think its going to play into the regular season. Can Tatum used to light up the RTL, so what does that tell you.

Several posts on here suggest that, and I understand it. Eagerness for the regular season, watching the new guys, or just missing college basketball.

Robert Hubbs is proving that he can come in and play a better role then Mcbee. That's all he has to do this season.....but hopefully he freshman of the year.....either ncaa or sec.

I haven't seen the people saying, McRae scored 61, OMG he's gonna drop 60 in the SEC this year. I thought people were being pretty rationale about the RTL this year, but jmo.

You can't take much from the RTL, I think most everyone knows that...the only thing I really look at, is dribbling, and a players shot. If you can shoot, you can shoot IMO.

Lol.

I don't think anyone on here is suggesting that Robert Hubbs is Kobe Bryant, if that's what you're saying.

But there are small things you can take from the RTL like dribbling, shooting, and athleticism.

I'd wager that almost no one on here thinks they're going to see performances similar to these during the college basketball season.

I've never been Skylar hater, and I never understood it when people would put down a college player on the team they supposedly root for. Having said that, all Hubbs has to do to be more effective than McBee is be able to put the ball on the floor and attempt shots from inside 20 feet.

Sorry Skylar. Glad you were a Vol.

And Galen Campbell's 25
Okay so yeah, what's up with Galen Campbell's ability to score 25, but can't get any bench minutes? I guess he can't handle the Division 1 defense; not everyone is capable of scoring 15+ a game.

You take everything so literally?
