A couple of observations, basically restating what I've already said:

1. Paulus is a horrible PG. He is no threat whatsoever off the dribble or with the pass

2. Duke has no one inside. They can't rebound and there's no Landlord or Brand to stuff the inside or score down low. Having Zoubek on the floor is pointless.

3. You can't live and die from outside. Tennessee is going to suffer from it and so is Duke

I would agree on all accounts. Except for the fact that Paulus is getting better.

Paulus sucks. As I said before, he always makes me nervous having the ball.

Thanks for seeing my way now VFB :p

And I would like to add one more point for you VFB. I didn't realize how badly we sucked a free throws. Did Duke even make half of them?

i wonder how serious cook's injury is, he is averaging 25 minutes a game, that could be a huge loss

Duke was 14 of 26 (53.8%) from the free throw line.

Paulus is the 5th best PG in the ACC at worst. Calling him terrible is pretty stupid. He may not be Ty Lawson, but he's a solid player.

Yes. His 22 points and 10 boards per game are terrible, and it would really be great if he would get off his a$$ for a second and hustle for once.

What is truly special about Hansbrough is the effort that he puts forth every second of every game. The guy is completely relentless. There are many more talented guys (Brendan Wright was far more talented, for instance), but nobody out-hustles Hansbrough.
