You upset bro , lolWe definitely heard it when Worely was our starter and Butch told us that Worley was the better option because Dobbs was only a freshman.
We also heard it when Milton was the starter in 2021 over Hooker. Some of you are just really stubborn and risk adverse.
We don't know until we try. WTF do we possibly have to lose trying???
We are AT LEAST a 5 loss team with Milton. That's a fact vased on what we've seen so far and that number is being generous.
Nico didn't cost us anything. How many times must i repeat myself?
Bray and Dobbs both flourished behind patchwork lines and made them as well as the rest of the offense look way better than they were.
I know it's hard for some of you to believe, but there are in fact gamebreaker true freshman QBs out there who do in fact make their team's line play look better than it is.
Nico costed us 6 million dollars. It's completely foolish not to try him at this point in the season against a bad opponent unless he's showing in practice that he's another Arch Manning level of overrated or something.
There is absolutely no way in hell we are beating South Carolina and Rattler next week with Milton at QB.
And if we were to lose this kid to the portal due to not giving him a fair shake with Milton's piss poor play, then that would mark the end of the Heupel era and once again make us the laughing stock of CFB. That's really what we should be afraid of imo because our recruiting would fall off a cliff if that were to happen.
You honestly believe our biggest QB recruit since Peyton wouldn't have looked better against AP? Unless he's a massive bust Harrison Bailey style, I'm not buying it at all.
Make no mistakes about it....AP is very very bad. I don't care about bad your line is. You should still be able to complete a forward pass against them ffs.
Saban already benched a QB this year, only three games in. If you think he wouldn’t have benched Milton long ago, you haven’t paid attention to how he operates. He doesn’t get enamored with potential like our coaches do and refuse to deal in reality; if a player isn’t cutting it, he gets yanked.Lol your right it wouldnt be 10 minutes it would be every minute this year.If you think qb play is a issue here go check out bama.
I will ask you this. Under what handle did you post under before Wednesday? I am sure you have posted under another name or perhaps more. You and your other LOTM group feel you are experts and anytime the team struggles you all believe you have the answers and the coaches have no clue. I try to give you all a chance but end up putting you on ignore. At least the pure sunshine pumpers are entertaining in their delusions. You guys are just annoying. It is impossible to have an intelligent conversation without you interjecting you narrow mindedness into any conversation. It is always the same...pick a coach or pick a player and pray they have an issue. Then you can break out the "just like I said" blather. Respond or don't respond, makes no difference to me because an answer to this will not be returned and it will be made to dissappear.Bro it's called actually TRYING.
If he isn't ready just send Milton back out the later in the game or the next game. No harm done. I have a very hard time believing he wouldn't be an instant upgrade though.
Hell Nick Saban put in true freshmen Tua in their national championship game and it paid off. Spurrier used to rotate all the time.
Absolutely no one knows how well or bad Nico would look.
We do know how bad Milton looks though and it's really really bad actually. We can't even call real passing plays most of the game.
I have to honestly question the intelligence of some of youn
Freshman QBs kill it all the time nowadays. This isn't the 1950s anymore ffs.
We have had three true freshman come in and absolutely ball out in our recent history even. It's definitely not impossible for Nico to start off very good.
Backlash???I think they know that Joe isn't going to be able to play decent football behind a line that isn't likely to protect him for 5 plus seconds on any given play. They just don't want to come out and say it. They are also fearful of the backlash, internally and externally, that might come with switching to Nico. And that's if they even feel like he could remotely run this offense. We're just kinda screwed.
Link a confirmation from anyone that Nico has been injured. This is all BS. Some low level reporter nobody has ever even heard of sent out a tweet saying he had a sprained non-throwing wrist. Yet in the game that day… He was clearly the number two as he was warming up a number of times. He had no brace on his wrist and he was actually catching the ball being thrown back to him.Except that Nico is currently a toothpick as a true freshman and has already got dinged up in limited action, so apparently he's not like Tyler Bray.
If Joe has a start similar to AP, 1-8 or whatever it was. He's done.Joe needs a big day tomorrow. Not just a win. Not a whole bunch of drives just rushing the football. Milton needs 300+ yards, 3+ TDs, and a minimum of mistakes.
The "boos" could get really loud tomorrow if Joe struggles at any portion of the game. The fans were already fairly vocal before the Florida loss. What patience a majority of the fanbase was holding out for Milton has already dwindled because of losing last week.
Jeronimoe “JG” couldn’t eitherI think they know that Joe isn't going to be able to play decent football behind a line that isn't likely to protect him for 5 plus seconds on any given play. They just don't want to come out and say it. They are also fearful of the backlash, internally and externally, that might come with switching to Nico. And that's if they even feel like he could remotely run this offense. We're just kinda screwed.
