So then he was fleeing in the passenger seat of his mom's car? You were staunch in your stance that he was fleeing, thus evidence of his guilt in being a bloodthirsty mercenary. Are you poking holes in your own argument?
I never said he was a bloodthirsty mercenary.
I just think the self defense argument or the narrative that he was there to clean up graffiti is bupkis.
And yes, he fled the scene. Coupling that with illegally possessing the firearm will not bode well for him on the charges already levied against him.
