My wife is always asking to go to one of the all inclusive resorts. They look nice but you seem kinda stuck on the resorts property if you dobt wanna potentially end up a crime victim.

Where have you been there and how safe did you feel?

If you don't want to be stuck on a resort and see some truly incredible stuff, go to Oaxaca. It's relatively safe if you aren't a moron, and has all sorts of amazing things to see around it. The Mezcal tours are dope.

We've done the AIs in the tourist areas, pretty safe outside the resorts IMO. Best time ever was a little place near Veracruz, ****ing fabulous food, and peaceful as heck.
