Police shooting black man in the back ... again (Kenosha, WI)

You think a single person bailing out the entire US govt didn't have more influence? How about a newspaper tycoon who invented a war so his buddy could be a hero and then potus? It's harder to buy in now because there are at least some regulations. How would you track any vote buying at all in the 1800s? The entire presidency and govt until Jackson was essentially an aristocracy left over from the revolutionary War

Biden has already pledged actions that are unconstitutional. He sat at the right hand of a guy responsible for bombing multiple countries at the same time. Same guy lived him some eo's too. You must be really young

I said since the Civil War. Well aware of the tumultuous state of things during the founding of the Republic. The Whiskey Rebellion comes to mind.

Anyways, Obama continued a long trend of an ever-expanding set of Executive Orders, but Trump has truly pushed pushed the boundaries of Executive power.

If you ask me kinda feels like we're heading towards end of Roman Republic, Weimar Republic territory.
Not tyring to patronize, but I think you'd enjoy this Podcast.

Don't presume to tell me what should and shouldn't bother me. He won his lawsuit, and CNN learned a valuable lesson. Any ****s given by you or me could easily cease right there.

I didnt presume. I am telling you.

What happened here should bother you.

If Fox had done the reverse I would still care.

Having a media that fact checks things and isn't an arm of a political party is something everyone should want.

Well aware of the two-faced nature of Democrats and all the foreign policy endeavors. That's why I was a Ron Paul guy a few years ago, and why I was okay with some of Trump's foreign policy platform early on. Dont like Biden either but when have we ever been left with any choice but douche vs. turd.

Yep. I understand where you are coming from, another election and uninspiring choices.

I figure all this stuff going on whether it’s the police stuff, the COVID stuff, the protesting, the general chaos, it sits on the current administration, it’s been almost 4 years, Trump has to own it.

But, I don’t expect that to happen.

Why? He won his lawsuit. CNN paid for their mistake.

Why continue bitching? Media lies constantly. So do your leaders.

Ok.... leaders lie. Yes.

Media was designed to be the watch dog for the average citizen.

When this same media becomes an extension of the leader we are screwed.

It's more likely to have an asteroid land on you than for that to happen.

A bailout in the 1890's wasn't after the Civil War? A potus from the 20th century wasn't either? I'm guessing the events I describe don't make much sense to you then

Trump built on the expansion by Obama who built on the expansion by Bush who built on.....
One is not possible without the others.

I've read plenty on the fall of the Roman empire and our founding fathers. I know my history or at least have the good sense to Google it first. I'll be fine without another podcast
