Similar to what I said before, there's more evidence that leftists are, wholesale, pedophiles and rape enablers than there is that right wing people are wholesale racists.Anybody else notice the number of criminals and sex offenders that make the news at the riots? It’s like a prerequisite
I get it, but at one on we could depend on the media to expose political lies, not participate in them. Why? He won his lawsuit. CNN paid for their mistake.
Why continue bitching? Media lies constantly. So do your leaders.
Cool story bro. Now about the video...It's going to be pretty difficult for any defense attorney to paint the first person he killed as "self defense" under Wisconsin law. Probably going to make the 2nd and 3rd shootings difficult to frame as self defense as well if Rittenhouse shooting and killing Rosenbaum is considered 'provocation'.
McGinnis told police he was walking with Rittenhouse and warning the teen he was not handling his weapon well. Shortly thereafter McGinnis then saw Rosenbaum and others moving quickly toward Rittenhouse. According to the complaint, Rosenbaum appears to throw a plastic bag at the teenager. The complaint states that Rosenbaum appears to be unarmed throughout the encounter. McGinnis told police he saw Rittenhouse raise the gun. “McGinnis stated that the first round went into the ground and when the second shot went off the defendant actually had the gun aimed at Rosenbaum. McGinnis stated he did not hear the two exchange any words.” The complaint states that McGinnis stated that Rosenbaum was attempting to grab the barrel of the gun when he was shot.
Rittenhouse charged with multiple counts of homicide

Go look at the link. Be prepared for disappointmentThe video of him running away from the scene where he shot and killed the first person? Under Wisconsin law you can't 'provoke' a violent situation, and then use deadly force and claim self-defense.
The same reason you can't start a fight at Burger King, and pull out your pistol and shoot your opponent after he beats you down in the parking lot, and then claim self-defense.
I really hate how the media tries to portray this as some random dude minding his own business when the Kenosha Klan rolls up and decides to shanghai him. You won't read about warrants, or the fact that he wasn't supposed to be at that address. Or that his old lady is the one that called the cops on him. Just that he was "trying to help" and was gunned down. And now no one can understand why a guy with felony warrants is chained to a hospital bed. The governor said he was going to investigate. Investigate what? If this Rittenhouse kid had been injured and in the hospital they'd have him chained to the wall under constant guard.
The video shows all three shootings the first shooting was the sex offender throwing the cocktail or rock at himThe video of him running away from the scene where he shot and killed the first person? I’ve watched the video too. The ones where a pistol was fired in the air while they were pursing the kid. Followed immediately by what appears to be a Molotov cocktail. I’d call your description of events... wrong. The kid walks on all the murder charges. I’d bet he pleas to misdemeanor firearms charges.I've watched the videos. Someone throwing a plastic bag at you, is not going to past muster for being in fear of your life, especially when the plastic bag is arrested by the very air itself and falls 8 feet short of even touching you.

He's running away and hears a gunshot. He obviously had reason to believe his life was in danger. And from what we've seen in footage and heard frome witnesses, he didn't provoke anything. Being present in the company of people who hate you isn't sufficient to be classified as provocation.
He shot Rosenbaum for throwing a plastic bag with a water bottle in it that fell 8 feet short of even hitting him. The provocation would be the act of illegally discharging his rifle into Rosenbaum's face. Whether the second and third shootings are considered self-defense is going to be in the hands of the jury. His attorney better hope that it stays local, and doesn't get kicked up to to the 7th circuit.
Picture of your "molotov" smh....
