Well since this kid wanted to play billy badass he now has to live with the fact he took 2 lives, hard thing for some people to live with. He should have stayed home and protected HIS house like a man would have done.

Maybe only one who hit him with a skate board and the guy he shot in the arm that had a Glock and those are self defense. There was multiple gun shots when the guy got shot in the head. It will be interesting to see if it came from a 5.56 because I saw it and the head looked like nothing compared to the arm. And if he didn't shoot the guy in the head then he was getting chased for nothing and he was kicked in the head and hit with a skate board in the head then he shot the guy on the stomach then the guy with the Glock charged him and he got it in the arm that was holding the gun.

I could see probation or an unlawful possession by a minor, but most likely what ever he gets charged with will be off his record by the time he turns 18. Or thats what I would have my attorneys asking for at least. This is if self defense can be proven, if they decide its murder all bets are off.
