I know several cops. They were all pretty much losers when they were younger.

yes my interactions with the police have been bad and no I didn't do anything or I would have been to jail. But yes they have harassed me and people I know a million times. It happens daily in Knoxville and all around.

It doesn't happen now because I drive my nice cars and dress nice but I shouldn't have to look like I make six figures to not get harassed.

Do you have access to the list of policy forms that are included or attached to the property section of one of those?
If riot and civil commotion are being excluded, there will be a specific exclusion and corresponding form number noted in the list of forms.
Without this specific exclusion, which contradicts/removes the coverage provided by the base property policy..... coverage is there.
Were the policies you looked at covering businesses in major metropolitan areas and what were the names of the insurance companies?
I’m guessing the insurance companies on them are more likely to be “surplus lines/specialty” carriers like Scottsdale, Berkshire Hathaway, Lloyd’s, etc. and not the mainstream carriers like The Hartford and Travelers.

Statistics say I likely make much more than you and I'm more educated if you live in the South or TN.

I'm great compared to most in the region.

Poor people and people without education need the ones like me to speak up. if anything I am angry that so many aren't as blessed as I am.

Yeah, I don’t see a great way around that argument given what the law says about retreating. Once he withdraws, their right to self defense ends. You could argue their actions are lawful under a different defense like justification or that they can’t tell the difference between retreating and relocating, but I think that getting overly technical when the operative question is what a reasonable person in Rittenhouse’s position thinks about their actions. The guy with the blown off arm is a felon, maybe? He’s committing a crime by having a gun, as well.

I don’t think it’s clear which way it comes out but it’s an interesting case, for sure. I still don’t think I would convict him under the Rosenbaum shooting = linchpin theory but seems like even less of a dice roll on the last two.

The ones I reviewed specifically states it's not covered unless it's noted in the covered section. So it wasn't standard. I think the point being that it's not a guarantee that it's covered.

Jax, St Aug, Orlando being the main areas. One I reviewed with my company was Atlanta

Yep. My family does volunteer work and I have mentored youth. Coached a few youth teams etc.
