In hurricane prone areas don't you have to have flood and wind insurance separate from your regular homeowners?

If you're loan is federally backed then if you're in a FEMA designated flood zone flood insurance is required through the lender. I'm not certain how the wind angle works.

He didn't so it's 100% speculation, but just like the legality of him actually assaulting Rittenhouse, the legality of him doing so is going to be predicated on whether or not he was acting in a legal manner under Wisconsin law in his use of force to disarm him. It all goes to back to whether the shooting of Rosenbaum was a legal use of deadly force in self-defense, or an illegal use of force, that provoked the violent response from Grosskreutz and Huber. If they are found to have acted within the bounds of the law, then Grosskreutz probably could have cited self-defense had he chosen to open fire on Rittenhouse with his handgun given the fact that Huber was shot right in front of him, and Rosenbaum had previously been shot. by Rittenhouse.

Geography is a very good point and may explain the different opinions on this. Forms in states with coastal areas are bound to be filed differently so companies can limit the wind and hail exposure. I'll defer to you though. Last time I looked at a commercial property form was about 2010 and that was a specialty product.

You really have to watch the brokers and underwriters on those specialty products and hard to place type risks. Sometimes when you look at the list of forms it seems there are more exclusions than coverage. On top of that, they typically use their own unique form numbers so you have to request copies in order to read them.
I try my best to stay in the mainstream with my marketing in order to minimize my exposure to them.
