I will admit that I think the 17 yr old should have sat this one out (at least if he is thinking logically). However, how many of the protesters, rioters, and looters are from out of state? I also know that interstate laws will apply here, but it also sounds worse when you say "drive to another state" when in reality its a 15-20 min drive from where he is from.

He was tased, it didn’t work. He walks to his car, ignoring the cops and opens the door and reaches.... lots of people have been shot for a hell of a lot less. They had no idea what the guy was going for. It’s hard to place blame here.
