Consistent with our tenets that call for bodily autonomy and acting in accordance with best scientific evidence, The Satanic Temple religiously objects to many of the restrictions that states have enacted that interfere with abortion access as well as other related issues that affect members' religious rights. TST is taking many steps to address reproductive laws that violate our religious conscience by inflicting guilt and shame in one's decision and being inconsistent with necessary health and safety standards.

The Satanic Temple Sober Faction is a peer support group that offers a Satanic approach to recovery from addiction. Sober Faction meetings assist those who are suffering from addiction in finding sobriety without having to experience the burden of religious dogma and superstition.

The mission of Satanic Good Works (SGW) is to collaborate with Congregations that engage in their own community works events in a way that will provide the best outcome possible for those individual communities. SGW advises Congregations on organizing dry goods donation drives to shelters and agencies that focus on the betterment of human and animal life. A typical GWC event collects goods to fit the needs of that community, and can be anything from menstrual products, diapers, clothing, or food (human and animal alike), all the way down to toothbrushes, soap, and deodorant.
