It attempts to, but it's far from a guarantee. Look at all the destruction of property in these riots. I guess we should tell everybody those rights are supposed to be guaranteed, and I'm sure everything will fall back into order.

Plenty of places in the world have democracy and constitutions that protect rights, but in practice, neither of these things guarantee strong property rights or freedom. The government can still allow them to be taken away, or fail to prevent that, and they may even be the one doing the taking, despite what a document "guarantees".

What are you basing this on? Like what is "ahead"?

This seems like a pretty racist view that ignores any of the cultures in SE Asia and Americas to focus on the Neanderthals in Europe at the time. What metric are you using? There was bronze and other metal forging in SE Asia in the 2500bcs, about the same time some ancient american cultures were manipulating water via water wheels. Roads, temples etc.

Stone henge and the site it was built on go back to 3000bc.

And then you get Gobleki Tepe that slings poo at anything else we have dating back to at least 7500bc

You have the Kush and Egpytians that go back the furthest and there is little to suggest they were more advanced than the rest of the most advanced at the time in the mid 3000s. I havent seen anything on older actual sub saharan african cultures.

And then depending on which romanticized history you want to take there were some advanced Chinese (located in modern china but not Han) even before 3000bce. Again with roads, money, written language.

It is a good place to start. Ultimately if you want your community to be a better place the people who live there have to make it so. I mean that on every scale from your local neighborhood all the way up through the country you live in.
