They might assume they have a big role, but I think it’s still unfair to peg them all as most likely to cause locker room issues. I think it boils down to do you trust Tony or not. /QUOTE]
I posted this earlier. I trust TV. I don’t trust the narrative like Wes Rucker and may have here have said that we should just stockpile bats with a specific plan. I don’t think TV is doing that
QUOTE="BruinVol, post: 22859244, member: 45542"]Lol
Truth is Wes rucker suggesting the Vols are just stockpiling bats that are too good to pass up and not necessarily for a specific Position isn’t reality. TV is too smart to just take a bunch of portal guys without a specific plan to play them in a specific spot. Like you say it becomes a Kentucky basketball team chemistry issue
I disagree, sometimes you just have to take guys now and find a spot for them later. In some situations you’ll sacrifice defense to get a bat in the lineup, for example Evan RussellLol

Glad you make mention as I did the same yesterday as was ridiculed for it lol
What is the risk of taking Ryan at this point in the portal season even though it's a high probability that he will be drafted? Do they lose a roster spot? Is there a max number of portal players a team can have committed? and when do these guys sign on the dotted line? (Sorry that is alotta questions)
You are correct. Upon further review, The DH was lost only when Grice remained in the game after being removed from P. It makes it even stranger that he was placed at 1B in place of Amick. They could have simply pulled Grice as P but he could have remained at DH.If he was the DH hitting for himself he could have left the game and continued to hit
Im putting this question here because i dont want to start a whole new thread for it and if its already been answered i dont want to search forever. Do Texas and Oklahoma start next year in baseball or the following season?

This is an interesting indication on just how poorly Amick was viewed as a defender by the Clemson staff. He was essentially removed from the game as the 1st baseman as a defensive replacement with Clemson leading. That’s not a good sign considering we are discussing him playing 3rd here
