I've seen his posts for many years now and my impression is that he isn't. He'll post like he's an insider, but the track record isn't great.

Possible that he knows someone in the program? I know a lot of people were optimistic. Sounded like MM got what he initially asked for, just some teams are offering better.

I read somewhere is is not 48 hours per se.

it is 2 full business days and with the weekends and holidays it has played to UT’s advantage.

Also has to do with some video he has to watch, so they could use that as a stall tactic too.

I saw a coach lastweek saying they won't even follow recruits on twitter until they make an offer, just b/c they don't want to put someone on the shark frenzy's radar.

Hmm I wonder if we’re secretly recruiting Caleb Douglas. He’s a bigger WR that’s done really nice this season. Only reason why I think it’s not is because he’s from the state of TX, may not wanna leave home.

It was not a UT coach. Just an insight as to one reason coaches may be closed lipped.

Big rumors that UT is heavily negative-recruited against. May just be that it's less likely to see negative recruiting as long as people don't know we're in the mix yet.

We’re def targeting WRs not yet in the portal. Whether or not they enter or we get them remains to be seen.

I’m done with it. Kid is good but not like he’ll come in here and be the spark that’s need at WR1. Get it done or spend the money elsewhere. The drama is more damning than the ultimate outcome.

Did I do that right? That was fun, and oh so easy.
