Tennessee has lost 18 players thus far to the portal(2 four stars, 15 three stars and one unranked) and brought in one three star.
Georgia has lost 12 to the portal(7 four stars, 5 three stars) and brought in two(1 four star and one three star).
Georgia is the epitome of portal domination to this point, especially compared to us.
*As a side note, Zachariah Branch has the same transfer rating as Nathan Leacock per 247.

I know the name keeps getting tossed out there, and I know the obvious connection to Tennessee from his original recruitment, but what gives anyone the slightest idea that Tate has any interest in entering the portal? Why would any WR from OSU enter the portal is the better question, especially ones receiving plenty of playing time, repa, and targets? Emeka Egbuka will be off to the NFL, opening up a bunch of targets for their #2 guy. Being the #2 WR in that offense is just as good as being the #1 in 95% of other offenses.

Has there been any rumors of him being unhappy at OSU?

You're right, I was looking at the Tennessee team transfer page, which has Leacock listed as a .9500 4* but that appears to be his HS ranking. I can't find a transfer ranking for him. My apologies.
