As I understand it, it’s up to the coaches. Something about as soon as they enter the portal the school doesn’t have to recognize their scholarship anymore.

I’m telling y’all, I bet we get a LB, we’re too slow at the position and lack a difference maker there.

Arion Carter is absolutely a difference maker.
Spillman will be eventually.

But I support getting another LB from the portal if he is dynamic.

Harmon will also be a difference maker.

I would absolutely love for Spillman to take that middle linebacker spot next season next to Carter. We need someone with his athleticism back there. It’s just a matter of how much he can pick up and how quickly.

The Senior Bowl guy was tweeting about Thornton on Saturday. He was at the Vandy game. Said he’s one of the most underrated kids going to the senior bowl, or something like that.

Give me Brazzell, Mathews, Squirrell and Staley as the top 4 next year.

Yeah if he can go pro he absolutely should, even if he has eligibility. Kid’s been lighting it up with the deep balls this year

You’re Not wrong, but imo it’s a really crowded room rn, and DT/OL is a bigger priority currently.

I still think that LB and safety are the two positions that we need the most immediate attention. We have young , highly rated Linemen and DTs We have help coming in the signing class tomorrow which will be available to play in 2026. If a super star shows up, sure you take them, but we need the help @ LB and Safety the most.

I think we don’t need to take a running back now we got morris in the boat.

I’d be shocked if we did.

Lewis and Bishop look to be the next 1,000 yard rushers and we have serious talent in Seldon, Keith, Morris, & Baker next up

Barring injury we are big time set up for success at that position. Bring me LB & S & OL

Would not be mad at an elite FG kicker as well

I’ve seen USC fans saying Branch will enter the portal. Wasn’t used properly there.

Finished the year 8th in P4 CFB and 1st in the B1G in YAC/reception

I don’t see Heup nudging Squirrel out or using ZB correctly - as much as I’d love to see the most electric player in the country on the roster next year.

Feels like an Oregon/Texas type of addition.
