Not sure, but I was shocked we had so many WRs on the official roster. Not sure if those guys are still there or not.

Whatever we do at WR this staff has earned our trust in making the right decision given how well they have managed it the past 2 years.

If they don’t get a wr then they must be really high on Staley and/or think the cost to upgrade is too high when trying to retain McCoy, Carter, Boo, etc

Last year we seemed like we weren't going to make an impact, but finally did late.

My guess is Brazzell and Mike will be our top two receivers for the next two years. And Squirrel will be #3 next year. Leacock and Webb want more reps but don’t feel confident in beating out Staley and others. Nimrod thinks he’s talented enough to be a top target somewhere else.

That’s a coach paid millions and there every day with deep relationships with his team, recruits coming in and so much more, somehow MIGHT know more than you looking at a spread sheet and stars.

Like 9 of those are walk-ons, not scholarship. Our returning scholarship WRs are Squirrel, Matthews, Brazzell, and Staley. Smith and Jackson are EE's. Dodson will join in the summer. So 7 scholarship WRs next year with 3 of them being freshmen. Seems light, but I trust the coaches until they give us reason not to.

The coaches will handle the transfer portal. They had some fantastic pickups last year and some were under the radar of the most sought after transfers. I think the coaches could just be keeping transfer portal information quiet because they don't want distractions going into the playoffs.

I doubt we take more than one Interior Lineman. A DL probably a DT and I'm not real sure who else. Possibly a RB if they expect Samson to go pro. I haven't heard one way or the other which is more likely for him.
