Do we know what position Pendleton will play? I'd assumed LG since that's where he played at ND but some guy on TOS is saying center.

I would assume there will be a battle for starting center between him, now, and satterwhite and whoever doesn’t win that spot will compete for a guard spot.

It’s a bit of a moving target. He can play either. I think they’ll rotate through Spring. Karic is a medium long shot to get cleared to return, but also a variable.

I have a hard time believing that they will tie up almost 7mil between two receivers. They also have another 5* WR signed for next year along with the other 5*'s on their roster. Are they really going to tie up close to 10mil for just their WR room?

We went off track decades ago when multimillion dollar TV deals and coaches’ salaries became a thing. Now that the kids are getting paid too, we can no longer ignore just how far college athletics have drifted away from their core mission.

Kudos to staff and Spyre navigating this portal. At different points in time I was concerned about 2/3+ of the guys I thought we needed for 2025 (and beyond). We lost none.

From here, I’d expect us to go after:

2. Starter quality G
3. Depth DT
4. Depth RB
5. Depth WR
