Post a picture of your pet thread...(merged)

thanks, you have got to have the biggest boston of all time. is he fat?? Hyacinth(my parents boston) was the runt(like Sophie) but she was 12 lbs, had an all white head, and had blue eyes. great dog. ya put up your pics of petey. how old is he?

He is a little overweight...vet thinks he should probably be around 20 or so...Most of his weight is up front in the chest...very muscular (he does a lot of running). He is 7 1/2 years old. He was actullay born on my wife and mine's wedding day, so it's easy to remember how old he is...:)

You mean, it's easy to remember when your anniversary is...

Thanks. I wouldn't actually classify myself as such. Just that my gf and daughter are not dog people. I grew up with a dog in the family pretty much my whole life. My parents used to breed dobermans and after they stopped doing that, we always had some type of dog. When I moved out, I had a Rot for a while.

Mania, Sophie is toooo cute. We actually used to raise Bostons. Believe it or not, our two were named Captain Nemo and Lady Naughtilus. Nemo and Naughty. They are sure some fun dogs. I have a Sheltie named Toby's Little Cheyenne now. Cheyenne, or Chy Chy. She is named after my last Boston who was run over. Broke my heart to lose Toby. Have had her (Cheyenne) since she was 5 weeks old, and she will be 11 next April Fools day. Shelties are almost as much fun, just high maintenance. I'll have to put a pic of Cheyenne up soon. She is almost perfect. Cept she hates her sister, which is a cat named Zoom. She is relegated to tolerate her sister, as they travel all over the country with me. She also killed a squirrel a few months ago, and was so proud. My nephew was traumatized. She thinks she is herding our horses, and they don't pay her the least bit of mind. Other than now being called a killer, she is the sweetest, smartest dog I have ever had. Bostons? They are just tons of fun.

OK, Cheyenne is now my avatar.

It's a camera phone so the quality sucks, but you get the idea.
