Below are news outlets that also filed open records requests for the information. The ORRs were CONDUCTED OVER A YEAR AGO.

They did nothing.

The most pervasive lie that was told by Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani concerning 2020 Presidential Election fraud involved two Fulton County, Georgia election workers named Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, who are mother and daughter. Rudy Giuliani has now admitted that his allegations against them were false. He is facing the probability of disbarment.

@VolinWayne and @whodeycin85 pushed these allegations aggressively in this thread. The only thing we will get from them now will be the sound of crickets chirping.

Ted Goodman, Giuliani's political adviser, said, “Giuliani did not acknowledge that the statements were false but did not contest it in order to move on to the portion of the case that will permit a motion to dismiss.

Also looking back I was arguing the video from the Georgia record... Not RG saying they were paying ballots like viles of heroin... That's a funny comment to make publically

You have to realize what his lawyer is doing ...

Giuliani's defense is that he was just stating an opinion concerning fraud being committed by Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss. Therefore, it doesn't matter whether his allegations are false or not. They are protected by his First Amendment right to free speech.

Giuliani's attorney also said a key portion which you conveniently left out :

"The Defendant Giuliani, for the purposes of this litigation only, does not contest that ... such actionable factual statements are false."

Giuliani's contention is that his statements , "did not carry meaning that is defamatory, per se," and that they are "constitutionally protected statements or opinions."

Of course, it is heavy in legalese ... but that is an acknowledgement that when Rudy Giuliani's allegations against Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss are presented as being facts ... they are false. Giuliani's defense is that he was just giving an opinion.

However, that is an absurd case to make when you consider that Giuliani was serving in the professional role of legal representative of the 2020 Trump Campaign at the time he made those allegations. Also, it is impossible to watch the press conferences in which Giuliani accuses Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss of election fraud and come away with the impression that Giuliani was only giving an opinion. In fact, Giuliani claimed to be able to prove that his allegations against Freeman and Moss were accurate.

Since he was acting as legal counsel for the Trump Campaign while making those allegations, it is close to a certainty that Giuliani will be disbarred ... and deservedly so.

No crickets from me.....I deeply regret all of the misinformation I spread in this thread about the stolen 2020 election. I now fully understand and believe that 80 million Americans truly voted for Joe Biden and there was absolutely no cheating done. The media was un-biased and they were absolutely correct in not covering any of the false allegations that were being made about Hunter Biden and his business ties overseas. This administration has proven me wrong and they have been nothing but a beacon of hope for America and what we have always stood for. I especially love the way this administration stands for freedom of speech and all of the other basic freedoms and liberties that America was founded on.

1 of 2 things occurred. Either voter fraud occurred or over 81 million voters we dumb enough to vote for the pedofile kid sniffing Alzheimer’s patient that showered with his young daughter.

Yea made some claims personally against those workers..again. I was arguing the article from the GR...but yea Guliani might be held liable

I'm not deflecting. Did you not read my first reply to BB? I'm over it. I said what he wanted me to say.

You said it and then took it back. It is essentially the same as an apology stating, "I am sorry the names I called you hurt your feelings." It ain't an apology. It is essentially a statement stating that "It's unfortunate you are sensitive."

I apoligized. I didn't take it back. What more do I have to do? Are you now going to argue that my apology wasn't good enough? Did I not punctuate something properly? Please tell me how can I come up with the perfect apology?

Yes, your apology seems genuine and sincere. I stand corrected.

Imagine how bad of an option people thought his competition was to actually vote for the pedo dementia patient.

Exactly my point. Voter fraud was the other scenario. Only in blue cities in swing states after midnight when a majority of workers were sent home and more ballots than voters were counted.

Did you ever find any Michael Obama pregnancy photos?

Dude, let it go. 3+ years and there is no evidence for voter fraud, other than what the Trumpers that managed to get caught doing.

You're parroting long debunked #fakenews by a manchild that saw the writing on the wall and planted the seed of "cheating" long before the election was even held.

We get it, you can't reconcile that your hero lost but It's time to deal with the reality of it. Zero credible evidence was brought before a judge - just carnival barking at the sycophants through the media.

Trump lost because the majority of the electorate hated him, not because they liked Slow Joe.

You are child-like.

Learn how to spell. "pedofile" ??? Seriously?

Republicans nominated the one and only candidate that Biden could beat ... and so they lost. You want to know what is truly dumb? Republicans are going to make that same mistake again next year.
