There's actually a 4th. They've actually done this before and know that when you push guys hard enough they'll fail. Failure is part of learning. They are asking these guys to improve some things. They are also forcing them to physical and mental fatigue.

Next you'll tell them that some of the misses had to do with defenders knocking the WR of his route, point out that a lot of those drops hit the WRs right in the hands, or point out that some of them came from more difficult plays/circumstances. SMH.

What's up with Wiseman? I thought he was a for starter this year.

He's still the #1 backup for guard/center. I think he can also play tackle but is a bit undersized to be optimal there.
