"Cutting" some out of "Veteran care" is the right idea. If the VA does something, it does it three or four times over in different offices, and usually none of them are very good at it.

You ever wonder why we end up with Vets dying in waiting rooms? Bureaucrats that believe in regulations more than the actual mission. I guarantee with a few weeks myself and a few of our colleagues could ID $120B to "cut" that would improve the entire operation overnight.

In a way it's more troubling there would legitimately BE 120B to cut than talking about the cutting in the first place.

I'm still interested in hearing anything veterans health care related being specifically targeted (as per Woodsy) in the first place. Then we can start what that actually means in practice.

Because the last 4 years of high gas prices, high grocery prices, high rent and housing prices, and 2 major wars have been just peachy. The great thing is that you don't have to accept why Trump was elected after 4 years of Biden or even support Trump. You will benefit from all his policies that have proven better than Biden's disastrous term. Your extra cans of Kerosene are also going to be a lot cheaper to purchase. You're welcome.

I am almost 100% certain $120B is a conservative estimate.
