it doesn't make sense that they took away partial days off. If its truly a PTO or just TO covered under standard employment the employees should be able to take it how they want.

I just had a friend quit a job because he didn't get PTO approved before he he got pneumonia and ended up in the hospital. after about a month of fighting the company he got the time in the hospital approved for PTO, but not any of the other time off because his boss didn't approve it ahead of time.

More likely that employees are selected based on competence and THEN checked to make sure they aren't delusional Leftists that will cause problems. If you reference the very small list of Democrat senators that voted in favor of the Laken Riley Act, you will see BOTH Democrat senators from Georgia, the place where she was brutally murdered, voted in favor of the Bill. Because people felt like that event directly affected them, their children, and neighborhood. And they let their Senators hear about it.
