President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

I'm not known to be a democrat or republican, but this is why the left should be mad too and why all the democrats should be on board with what Trump and DOGE are doing. . .

What makes America great is that the democrats and republicans can fight about things they want done and actually make progress towards a life that is good for all Americans.

These people who have been in charge are NOT democrats. They are operating under the guise of the democratic party, but they are not what the democratic party really is or should be. They have perverted it and turned everyday people into puppets who parrot their agenda. They've become very precise in knowing how to manipulate people and destroy their social norms to make them easier to control. They have manipulated you into believing that this is what the democratic party is, all the while they rake in boatloads of money and power while you work yourself to death to buy essential items.

You should be so mad that they've destroyed the real democratic party, yet many of you would fight to the death to continue supporting their rule over you.

This is the one time that we should all be on the same boat together, working to tear down the machine they've built to pillage our income and enslave us to their will. We need to restore the democratic & republican parties to what they were originally intended to be. This is an opportunity to do that, but some are so brainwashed that "orange man bad" that we may never get out of their stranglehold.

Everyone should get on board to tear this machine down, that way we can go back to fighting each other the way it should be.

How do you democrats in here see what is coming to light and still support what they're doing?
Very well said.

Common Sense.

I suspect this might be the type targeted for advanced rehabilitation with the federal government based on what I was told 2+ weeks ago. People that never thought in a 1000 years are going to get picked up, are going to get picked up i.e. source of the problem.

I wouldn't stand in front of this train. Brave souls.

Our carriers can run at over 30 knots - they’re fast. Support ships have to be able to keep up with them, not slow down for them.

The issue is what I keep banging my drum over - it’s about “dots on the map”.

What is more strategically valuable?

A single 100k ton Super with 90 aircraft
-or-
A pair of 50k ton Lightning with 40 aircraft

I say the pair. Give me more dots on the map.

What am I twisting?

Not only has Trump said it, he has doubled down on it.

You can't keep relying on the clean up crew afterwards to completely contradict him and pretend he didn't say what he said.
It is the way he operates. He bloviates and "overspeaks." Frankly, I don't like it and I never have liked it.

Our previous presidents let their subordinates make overbroad statements and then the president came in to compromise without having to acknowledge they didn't get all they promised. Trump has flipped that script. Trump does all the posturing himself, and then lets his subordinates work out the details of the compromise. I have come to realize that Trump's unpredictability is his main bargaining tool.

I totally agree that the previous way was more "presidential," but it was also more predictable; Trump's way has certainly proven to be effective for him - and I say that as someone who has been critical of many of the things he has been effective at doing.

He is the guy who says outlandish things and makes outlandish demands. I think he often ends up with what he really wants. His detractors point, scoff, and say "See, he promised "X", and you only got "Y." In reality, Trump only wanted "Y', but knew if he started at that demand, he'd not get it. He is willing to "take the loss" on his promise to actually deliver something he believes is a win.

As applied to Gaza: I am watching to see if all sorts of entities (ME governments, private industries, "Riviera"-style developers) try to step up now in Gaza in order to have a say in the development of that region. I don't really think Trump wants us to "own" Gaza, but I think he believes that saying we will do so is the best way to spur those who who should be responsible for the region to accountability.

The 80/20 rule has nothing to do with Gaza.

Read @Enki_Amenra post above. It simple. How can you be for this?

Regular Dems need to wake up and cal out those who are behind the USAID scandal. There will be Conservatives implicated in this scandal and I am OK with that. Wrong is wrong.

Regarding Gaza. What is your solution? What is the Democrats solution? YOu cannot answer with “nothing” because that is the definition of insanity. At least Trump is offering a creative solution that has never been presented before. What if it works?
He is terrified of a new idea that might work. If peace came to the Middle East, people in power who think like LG and their opposition would lose the issue to fight over and thence their position of influence.

Agree….this is what I have been saying. They cannot afford to see Trump and his policies work because they will have been proven incorrect at every turn, hence loosing power/influence.

Great point @GroverCleveland !

Agree on the Gaza point.

Regarding Trump, it appears he is going to flood the market with a total transparent presidency. I think it’s wise because Trump with control the narrative rather than allowing the Dems and their media minions to do so.

Biden/Harris Admin instructed millions of $$ to be used to trash Trump & spread false propaganda lies about MAGA and conservative views as not to be trusted as normal.
Politico was the target being paid & used for this campaigned for smear hostile tactics.

$8m isn't anything imo, my bet $100s of millions or even billions (over years) to some of these media companies (but these would will within agency spending). Some of these networks have almost no viewers, I always just call them paid Actors.

Trump should take 50% of all the money recovered by DOGE and distribute it equally to the US citizens. That should shut up a lot of the brainwashed cry-babies.

They should seize all the money illegally funneled into corrupt politician's & their families' bank accounts and distribute 50% of it to the US citizens too, 😂

I'm on board. We could also maybe help the thousands of people still left homeless and broke after the hurricane flooding.

Are you insane???

First, if Trump manages to pull off ME peace I'd applaud it every step and congratulate him on his Nobel prize!

Second, I've said repeatedly that the Dems allowed the party to be coopted by the extreme left. It's why I left the party 6 months ago and thats why they lost.

Buuuuttttt... none of that means I don't see Trump for what he is. None of it means I won't complain when he has some crazy impulsive idea like taking over Gaza, with a US presence to do so.

The Palestinians have attacked Israel for 70 years over occupying territory. You think they're going to welcome us as occupiers and displacing them ? Come on.

It's so good that Raskin is worried about this after 4 years of Biden using Garland and Wray's henchmen to go after the current President and Conservatives including parents at School board meetings all across the country.
