Unless there is something that extends the charge, like an ongoing conspiracy. Most federal crimes would be run into statutory time limit issues long ago other than murder, sexual assault of children, etc.

Don't get me wrong, I would love to see them indicted for what they have done.

this is what makes you guys TDS. there is so much real crap to complain about with Trump but you still go look up the most asinine absurd interpretations of things and hold it to an impossible standard and act like Trump is the first one do whatever it is he is being accused of.

willing to bet it was far more than 51 intelligence officers who lied on federal paperwork.

if Trump was doing a total clean sweep, and those 51 were caught up in it, thats fair game, up holding the laws.
ONLY targeting those 51, and other opponents, in a limited clean sweep is lawfare.

getting the laws rewritten and the scope of ALL branches, and agencies in the government would be an actual fix, that ensures escalation can't happen, on either side. but you and Trump aren't interested in fixes, you just want your version of lawfare in place to make yourself feel good while continuing to let the country suffer.

benefits/failure of being forced to work a 40 hour work week. my bosses/industry love empty meetings where I am literally only there to be present. also big files that can take several minutes to open, save, transfer etc. and its actually one of the problems with being one of the fastest employees, I end up stuck waiting on others, leaving me with relative free time.

as I pointed out to another poster just recently who had me down as a red hatted Trumper I tend to complain more about whoever is in charge, because they are the ones making decisions. I do love getting validated by you guys who can't comprehend something outside of your two tribes.

Figured you would appreciate me backing up my claims of not being one. here is proof positive that I indeed get labeled beyond whatever bs claim you made about "my stubborn pro-Trump defense" or however you phrased it. All illegal aliens are criminals by the very nature of their entry into this country.

We agree...my use of the term lawfare wasn't meaning solely focused on Dems..I'm all for charging every and anyone who broke the law..I thought of lawfare more as frivolous cases with little to no evidence..or like Trump NY case where he was guilty but they stretched the law so far that it'll get overturned on appeal..Gaetz if they have proof of his crime then charge him..same with everyone else..the 51 was an example..

No, you questioned how it matters and I pointed out in rather simple terminology what you appear unable to understand as the difference between legal and illegal aliens.
Legals get to stay, illegals get kicked out.

I’m pretty certain I made my point succinctly clear.
