Not excusing Putin, but I dare say that if the Euros had committed to their collective defense as they committed over 10 years ago,the war would have never started. Peace thru strength and at least a modicum of deterrence

I agree in theory; but I am convinced that it probably wouldn’t have been enough. Europe is on a road to a self wished death as a cultural force. Most European countries no longer even have the Will to defend their own borders anymore.
