I'll jump at the chance of telling this story again.
I have a picture of our family with Jimmy and Rosalyn from about 24 years ago when my daughter was 1.
She graduated from Tech a couple of years ago.
I sent an 8 x 10 of the picture to President Carter and asked him to sign it so I could give it to my daughter as a graduation gift.
He not only signed the photo but sent her a hand written congratulations. I had the photo and letter framed and gave it to her for graduation. She has it hanging in her apartment.

Side note - Rosalyn changed her diaper in the church nursery.

I use cheat sheet when I am presenting to a large group. It’s called being prepared.

I’m not surprised you don’t understand the difference between a cheat sheet and what Joe Biden was holding. You keep on keeping those eyes closed. 🤣

Just another example of it's okay when your guy does it but not when the other guy does it.

  • "Dems have no achomlishments (sic)."
  • "I'm going to keep working for the American people."
  • "Intentially (sic) had a meeting before."
Couldn't remember he was going to keep working for the American people?

Why don't we just bite the bullet and cut the Fat from both parties?
Nobody has been able to Drain the Swamp from either side of the aisle so the best would be to take back Govt in a one-for-one eradication. Let the chips fall. Love to see MGT go and AOC. Pelosi and McCarty. McConnell and Schumer. Send about a 100 home from each side and progress may occur. Better off than Congress looking like Elementary School.

Cut the Fat political platforms are non starters.

We actually need more congressional reps; not fewer.

Senators need to return to appointment by the state from which they came.

I did not say replace them... 538 number is always going to be the number. 200 cut and 200 replaced. 100 newbies from each party. Get the radical left and radical right out of the picture. I can think of a 100 easily that if they were on fire I would not walk across the street to Pee on.

We actually need Representatives in office that are Vetted and meet a set of Standards.

In some cases, it is kind of like hiring a Pee Wee football coach to HC at UTK. What's more, it is like having a Coach so old school that decides to run a Wishbone offense in today's game.

This is why Term Limits need to happen?
