Not to hinder trade
I’m guessing they wait to throw this Hail Mary in late summer.

Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) told activists on Wednesday that President Biden and his senior advisers are warming up to the idea of forgiving student debt, insisting they are closer to pulling the trigger “than ever before.”
Schumer, who has repeatedly called for canceling up to $50,000 in student debt per borrower, predicted that’s where the president and his administration will ultimately land.

26%?
It isn't stupidity. It is blind rage against the former president. Look at our very own loother. He approves of all of this for that very reason. The damage being cause is acceptable collateral damage because it rid us of Trump. He is not alone. The fact that 76% of democrats approve of this S for brains mooncalf speaks volumes. How stupid do you have to be to approve of his abject failures and idiocy?

I’m expecting ELs Twitter response toot sweet.so let's take this at face value - inflation was up .6 points from February. 70% of that would be .42 leaving .18 to add to the previous rate of 7.9.
So instead of 8.5% only 8.08% was non-Putin factors.
Thanks Joe!
IOW, inflation still accelerated in March on top of historically high numbers.
Donald Trump was dead wrong when he openly advocated for increased immigration from Scandinavia. Not really all that surprising when a third of the party is openly talking about socialism. Sort of like the surprised Pikachu face when Bernie and friends found out real damn quick Cuban Americans in Florida were not interested in their ********.
Higher payroll, higher fuel, higher insurance, gee, do you think that might impact the rates you charge your customers? Someone in here a few weeks back was saying that such things had no impact on inflation. I’m thinking it was BB but I could be wrong on that.Just a year ago we could fill all of our entry level trainee positions for $15-$17 an hour starting. Today just raised the starting pay to $22-$25 hr and this is for someone with no CDL or experience, just laborer willing to work and learn. Crazy times.

To be more precise, the feds are committed to exacerbating it while pretending no problem exists.Agreed if that's the purpose; but if the purpose is to stop smuggling, is that hindering legal trade? Trucks coming from Mexico could be carrying legal merchandise, drugs, humans (perhaps kidnapped girls), weapons, chemicals and other components to build bombs, or any combination of the above. Our borders are porous, and the feds aren't committed to fixing it.
That's hardly surprising. If they had even a basic understanding of business or economics, then they wouldn't be liberal.Higher payroll, higher fuel, higher insurance, gee, do you think that might impact the rates you charge your customers?
