I call BS on that story. My guess is the kid is a total jerk and his mom is even worse.
But it's not surprising to see Fox continue in it's efforts of manipulating it's consumers into holding public education in as low regard as possible. That has always been one of their pillars.....and one more thing that they do that ultimately makes the country worse off.

Interesting that you don't consider the school leveling charges of sexual harassment as a reason to hold this particular institution of public education in low regard. It's a ludicrous response to the situation.

Further, given how college admissions can and do background checks the stories about this kid (even after he's exonerated) will exist in the Internet ether and he now has this undeserved label.

So the FDA stopped formula imports due to labeling mistakes and raked Abbot over the coals to stop them from reopening but now is relaxing rules to let companies that don't make formula to start making it under the Defense Production Act? Meanwhile the government levies high tariffs on imported formula.

We have no idea of what the series of events that led to the charge are. My guess is the kid had been warned multiple times, the parents said you do not need to listen to those warnings and it was more of a bullying / defiance issue.
