No she did not. She was crawling thru a broken out glass, wearing a backpack. If the officer allowed her thru then she set off a bomb then....
"that's not the same thing" ... amirite swampster?Oh ok I will give you that.
Would this apply the same if an illegal immigrant is caught crawling under a fence wearing a backpack? If allowed thru and they set off a bomb or kill a nursing student then…
For the record I’m not advocating for any one to be killed in cold blood.
The new backpack defense….
Shoot someone on the streets. “They had a backpack on, coulda totally been a bomb in there.. or something”.
You can do better. She wasn't just someone on the street. She was someone attacking a federal building. She was breaking into a secured space as part of a violent attack on congress. The new backpack defense….

“Federal building” and violent attack “on Congress” has nothing to do with the legal, justified use of force. You can do better. She wasn't just someone on the street. She was someone attacking a federal building. She was breaking into a secured space as part of a violent attack on congress.

Not so sure her intentions were to give warm hugs to congressional members and staff. But since it was trumps party she was called to,who knows..Please tell me you didn't reproduce.
None of those reasons are valid reasons to murder someone which is why he was given a pardon, he committed a criminal act. Generally, at the state and federal level which is governed by Law... there has to be reasonable belief that action has to be taken to prevent immediate death, great bodily harm, or defend another under those conditions. None of that was present when she was killed, this one wasn't close. There could be other additional Law for the protection of using deadly force i.e. military assets, nuclear assets, etc. And its a criminal act to kill someone for breaking and starting to attempt to go through a window.
