If China is as you describe and I'm not claiming it isn't, America should have never gotten into bed with them. It should have been illegal for business to do business with China.
So, tariffs to me are another mistake attempting to correct previous mistakes. At some point someone has to say we can't fix something which is foundationally irreparable.

Yes on okaying the BOP, and on appearing weak during summit with Khrushchev.

However, he handled the Cuban Missile Crisis very well, and had advisors only in Vietnam. Whether it would have escalated as it did after his death is subjectivity on anyone’s part.

Questionable morals? Haha. As you well know, presidents having extramarital relations was to some degree ignored during much of our history. Whatever ones opinions of his moral character is, his performance as president has nothing to do with who he did and don’t sleep with.

I’ll say this again. Go look at any poll which ranks presidents, and even polls that show the lowest and highest approval ratings during an entire presidency. Then let me know where you find JFK ranking in the majority.

We’ve reported about how Joe Biden’s staff has gone to great lengths to prevent him from answering questions.

His meeting with U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson at the White House was a great example of this. Johnson took some questions from the British press. But as he was finishing up, the Biden staffers interrupted him, screaming at the top of their lungs at the press to get out, creating all kinds of chaos.

So when they had a similar press spray today with India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Biden announced upfront to Modi that he didn’t want him to take any questions. He also mocked the American press.

Biden said that the Indian press was much better behaved than the American press. “I’ve got to watch out,” Biden said. “I think, with your permission,” Biden said to Modi, “[if] you could not answer questions because they won’t ask any questions on point.” What a way to insult the press, but more importantly, once against trying to control another world leader because it would make Biden look bad if Modi took questions and Biden didn’t.

That being said, Ill be glad to list my reasoning behind why JFK is considered in the top tier.

Isn't it great how our own stupid government continues to hinder our Law Enforcement officers from doing their jobs? Continue to make their job more dangerous to be in. How dishonest is Mayorkas to say that the investigation into the border patrol using "whips" will be based on facts while lying about the photo in question on using that as evidence? The Democrats set the tone with made up lies after lies and their media runs with it to spread it as gospel to mean that their made up lies are true.

Did you know that Kennedy handled the Cuban Missile Crisis so well that the Air Force was loading the nuclear missiles on our US based fighter/interceptors?

Kennedy handled it so well Russia sent nuclear torpedoes on some of their subs. One Russian Captain had authority to fire but didn’t. That’s how close Kennedy brought us to WWIII.

I agree with you, and I've always had a problem with Nixon opening the door to China. I don't remember China being portrayed negatively back in my school days - except to say they were communist. It was too early to cover Chinese opposition to us in Vietnam, and the Korean War was mostly never discussed. We know about the theft of designs, technology, and other intellectual rights and some of the hacking and infiltration of Chinese military as students and faculty in research oriented universities - probably only the tip of the iceberg. You really only get a feel for how corrupt the Chinese really are by reading stuff like a biography about Gen Stillwell in WW2 or how China conducted relations with neighbors before westerners really showed up. It's cultural, and it's just not going to change. Most popular literature always portrays the Chinese as victims like by the Japanese in WW2.
