Wonder if joe plans to run the new mining equipment on lightning. There should be a law that says before anyone can manage, administer, legislate, or otherwise direct, that the person has to have a few years of actually doing stuff under his/her belt. I'd bet most of you who have ever worked on something like a car have gone away a few times wondering WTH. I've always argued that no engineering grad should get anywhere near design until he's been hands on in the field, and some people need that even more than engineering grads.
